“New Resident” Homework – 15th Ave Gate Code

Email the HOA Vice-President at noblefirs.sea.vicepresident@gmail.com to obtain an entry code for our electronic gate at the 15th Ave NE entrance. You may have been given the previous owner’s gate “clicker”, but you will also need your own personal code for the gate callbox.

While everything below can be found on our website, here is a quick reference to get you started:

FAQ’s & Noble Firs Updates This tab on our website is full of information you will use every day.

UPDATES: These updates come from our HOA President – with current need-to-know information. In respect of busy inboxes, these mass emails are used sparingly. (If there is an urgent matter, of course, you’ll get an additional email.)  The Subject is titled UPDATE or ALERT to be easily recognized.

When you click on the Updates link – you will find that it is a historical document, dating from most current Update backwards. If curious about something specific, you can do a WORD search to find it.
